Since Jean-Louis took over the estate in 1988, his idea was to put into practice what his parents, his grandmother, his great-grandmother had taught him. Bringing life into the soil results in giving priority to organic matter, to plowing, to listening to nature, to being at one's own pace, in short, to "take care of it like an old lady".

Emmanuelle-Sophie, as soon as she arrived at the estate in 2012, amplified this leitmotiv. Since then, the domain has been certified High Environmental Value (HVE). By bringing life back to the soil, Vitis vinifera finds the necessary elements to build a strong and healthy personality to go exploring the mysteries of our terroirs.

The development of each climate

The manual harvest that keeps all this richness and a wine making preserving the individuality of each climate bring sensuality, depth and a dress all in velvet. The aging in oak barrels will sublimate, enhance and build this gentleman.
